- Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Where applicable, prices include VAT. If VAT is not included, this will be made clear before checkout.
Payment must be made in full unless we agree otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
- Delivery and access
For physical goods, we will aim to dispatch within the times shown on the website or in your order confirmation. Any delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather, strikes, supply chain disruption, or other events outside our control.
For digital content, access will usually be provided by download link, email, account access, or another method described at the point of purchase.
- Bookings, consultations, and events
If you book a service with us, the booking is for the named customer only unless we agree otherwise.
You are responsible for attending on time and providing accurate information when booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation fees, deposit terms, or rescheduling rules will be explained before you book.
Where a cancellation policy applies, it will be set out clearly at the point of sale or booking.
- Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for ALL TIME from the date of issue unless we state otherwise.
Gift vouchers:
- are non-transferable unless we say otherwise;
- cannot be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it;
- may be subject to separate terms shown at purchase.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers unless required by law.
- Digital content
If you purchase digital content from us, you must not copy, share, resell, or distribute it unless we give you permission in writing.
Digital content is licensed to you for personal use only unless we expressly state otherwise.
If digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not function as promised, your legal rights apply. Consumer law gives specific rights for digital content, goods, and services.
- Cancellations and refunds
If you buy from us online, by phone, or outside our business premises, you may have a legal right to cancel many orders within 14 days, subject to legal exceptions. That right does not apply in every case, and some goods, services, or digital content may be excluded or limited by law.
Where a cancellation right applies:
- you must let us know clearly that you wish to cancel;
- you may need to return goods at your own cost unless we say otherwise;
- we will refund amounts due in accordance with the law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

We will provide goods, services, and digital content with reasonable care and skill and in line with consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under law, and nothing here removes protections that cannot legally be removed.
- Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in our website and its content, including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, designs, and downloadable materials, belong to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may view, print, or download content for your own personal use only.

- Events outside our control
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including fire, flood, storm, transport disruption, industrial action, power failure, internet outage, or supplier failure.
If such an event continues for a significant period, we may suspend, cancel, or reschedule the affected order, booking, or service.
